In February, you received a letter about upcoming changes to the retirement savings investment funds. Stanford Benefits just finalized the administration piece of the changes and announced a November 1 effective date.

To find out more about how these changes may affect you, come to a Town Hall meeting especially for SLAC staff. You will:
- Learn why the changes are necessary
- Hear about the new investment option lineup
- Increase your understanding of how the plans work.
- Learn what action you will have to take before November 1.

Choose a date convenient to you.
Tuesday, June 30: Noon - 1 p.m. in Redwood A/B, Bldg 48
Wednesday, July 15: Noon - 1 p.m. in Orange Room, Bldg 40

If you cannot attend, you can log onto the Benefits Web site for a recorded version of the Town Hall meeting. Go to http://benefits.stanford.edu. Click on Retirement and find 2009 Retirement Plan Changes in the right column under Resources.
