Stanford HIP Class Registration

Stanford Health Improvement Program Registration for winter quarter has begun.

$20 fee for group fitness classes for benefits-eligible Stanford University employees, benefits-eligible family members and University retirees, who have completed Steps 1 and 2 of the BeWell Employee Incentive Program. When registering online, eligible participants will automatically see the $20 class fee. We have added some exciting new classes and have changed some aspects of other classes. For more information and to register, go to the HIP Web site. There you can download and print out the complete schedule of classes, or search for the specific class that you want. Register now!

Cardio Dance & Strength Fusion cdf-01, Mon & Wed, 11-11:55am
Cardio Dance & Strength Fusion cdf-02, Tues & Thurs, 5:15-6:15pm
Cardio Healthy Back, Stability Ball chb-01, Tues & Thurs, 12-1pm
Gentle Conditioning & Stretch gcs-01, Tues & Thurs, 8:30-9:30am (Held at Cobb Track/Angell Field. Held at SLAC Bldg 27 on rainy days)
Hatha Yoga w/ Anusara hyr-03, Fridays, 12-1pm
Pilates Essentials pe-01, Mondays, 5:15-6:15pm
Pilates Essentials pe-02, Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm
