All SLAC account holders (those with logins for Windows, Unix, Oracle, etc.) will be required to complete new 30-minute course, Computer Security Awareness. The on-screen training course covers basic concepts in password protection, e-mail guidelines, Internet use and incident response. Users can challenge the course by passing a quiz on the 5th slide.

New users must complete the course within 30 days of receiving an account. Existing users will have 90 days after official notification by e-mail. Contact Marilyn Cariola (x2820) with any questions.
