HIP Fall Schedule
September 22 - December 11, 2008 Stanford's Health Improvement Program (HIP) has begun registration for the fall quarter. Eight classes will be offered at SLAC, including pilates, yoga, healthy back exercise, and "Breathe to Relax" stress management.
