Downsizing can be a very personal and emotional experience for all employees involved in a layoff. Long-term working relationships are ended or changed, and new responsibilities are expected from those who are left to do the work. Rosan Gomperts, Director of the Faculty Staff Help Center has scheduled three sessions to meet and talk with employees about what to expect both emotionally and physically, how to protect work relationships and environments through the changes, as well as self-care. These sessions will take place on:

The Stanford Faculty and Staff Help Center has office hours at SLAC all day on Tuesdays and on Thursday mornings for private consultation.
