Dear Travel Admin Community,

New mileage rate from 1/1/08
The new personal vehicle mileage has increased by 2 cents to 50.5 cents effective from 1/1/08.

Online Expense Reports updated
The Foreign and Domestic Expense Reports have been updated to calculate the latest mileage rate.

This being the begining of the year, we're expecting some TERs to be submitted for end of 2007 travel. If you are submitting such TERs, please go ahead and use the forms currently on our website, even if the mileage calculations are for the 2008 rates. The Travel Office will make necessary corrections on submitted TERs for mileage that is incurred in 2007 during this transition period.
