The summer Stanford Health Improvement Programs start June 25.
Taught on-site at SLAC are HIP excercise classes for Cardio Dance Fusion, Pilates, and Yoga. A schedule of the classes is on the Medical website. Please register soon for these classes. You can join at any time during the quarter, but if they don't have enough registrations at the start the classes may be cancelled. Important Change! Due to a review of policy at Stanford, the above exercise classes are no longer eligible for STAP funds. For details of this change, please see the Wellness STAP webpage. If you are enrolled in Stanford's HealthNet, Pacificare, or Blue Shield HMO plans, each of those groups has Benefit Reward Plans where if you take HIP classes through the year, you will receive cash awards ($75 and up).
