Citrix Troubleshooting

On May 7, SLAC upgraded its Citrix server farm that allows employees to access their work computers from off-site locations, such as from their homes. The new Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 replaced the old MetaFrameXP system because Citrix stopped supporting the older version. For instructions on how to switch over to the new server farm visit:
