Wolfgang K.H. Panofsky, SLAC founder, former arms control negotiator and long-time governmental advisor on nuclear weapons issues, discussed his views on current nuclear weapons policy and the grave threats imposed by the present worldwide stockpile of 27,000 nuclear weapons in the SLAC Colloquium entitled "Nuclear Weapons: Security or Insecurity?" on March 12, 2007.
