The overview will help inform you of what can be expected during your individual session, which will take place at your personal work station. During the individual session, you will be hooked up to the biofeedback monitor and you will readily get "feedback" on the amount of muscle tension that is used as you sit in various positions. You will be able to experiment with various positions and activities required in your work, including keyboard positions, working with the mouse, monitor level, chair positions, telephone and writing positions. The instant feedback that you will see on the monitor will enable you to find the most effective positions for eliminating repetitive strain injuries, as well as back, shoulder, and neck tension.
