Do you want to know the full range of benefits available to you as a Stanford employee, including a reminder of recent changes to benefits?
To see where Stanford stacks up compared to other area employers?
To give your input on a possible new health care assistance benefit program?

If so, please come to a presentation that will answer these questions. The presentations will be held on work time. Please let your supervisor know that you want to attend so that we are sure that operational needs are covered.

You are invited to attend one of the following meetings to be held in the Panofsky Auditorium: I hope you will be able to attend one of these meetings regardless of the shift you might be working.
Thursday, August 10, 2:30 to 3:30 pm
Friday, August 18, 7:00 to 8:00 am
Thursday, August 24, 4:00 to 5:00 pm

Because some of the information is different for bargaining unit employees, there will be separate meetings for the bargaining unit staff.



Bargaining unit staff meetings:

The University has arranged for presentations University-wide about the benefits available to Stanford employees. These presentations will give you information about:

* the full range of benefits available to you as Stanford employees
* where Stanford stacks up compared to other area employers
* a possible new health care assistance benefit program

You are expected to attend one of the following meetings to be held in the Panofsky Auditorium. I hope you will be able to attend one of these meetings regardless of the shift you work.

Thursday August 10, 1:00 to 2:00 pm
Monday, August 14, 4:00 to 5:00 pm
Thursday, August 17, 7:00 to 8:00 am

Because some of the information is different for bargaining unit staff, these meetings are for represented workers only. Non-represented benefits eligible employees will be invited to other meetings.
