Course Objectives:

• Create and deliver powerful, engaging, persuasive presentations
• Personally connect with their audience
• Adjust their presentations to the audience and their needs
• Reduce their nervousness and anxiety and develop more confidence and presence of mind when presenting
• Incorporate vocal variety for maximum impact
• Use body language to add to their message and maintain audience involvement
• Master the use & timing of visual aids
• Feel more confident speaking in both professional and personal situations

The cost will be $250 to $300 for the course, depending how many people sign up.  Attendees may use their STAP funds to pay the fee and will need their supervisors approval to attend the course.  Division funds may also be used to pay for the course with Group Leader approval.
