The Employee Relations Office recently hung this poster outside their offices to remind everyone of their open door policy, and to add a little sweetness to the work day. 

The new poster—titled Sweet Expectations—was created by Charlotte Carlson, SLAC Training and Development Specialist.

"We want to let SLAC employees know that our door is always open for guidance, communication and assistance," said Carmella Huser, Employee Relations Manager. "We're here to help employees, supervisors and managers solve problems and be successful and satisfied in their work. We also provide training and promote staff morale through employee recognition programs and social activities."

Feel free to call or stop by for a sweet-tooth break! Employee Relations is located on the second floor of the A&E Building (Building 41).
