South Gallery Road closed between Sector 27 and Sector 29

South Gallery Road will be closed between Sector 27 to Sector 29 from Nov. 27 through Dec. 7 to replace the underground sanitary sewer pipe. West Bay Sanitary District is replacing a pipe that runs across SLAC property in preparation for the new Rosewood Hotel complex. This work will require temporary closures of both the North and South side of the gallery from time to time. Only one side will be closed at any one time. Also, they will be pumping the effluent from one of their manholes to one of ours for the duration of the work, probably until about Dec 20. The SLAC manhole is under the freeway on the North side of the gallery and nearly in the center of the road. When using that area, be on the lookout for barricades and restricted roadway under the freeway and use extra caution. Pedestrians, walkers and joggers are asked not to enter barricaded areas.
