Research Yard Bisected

A fence now bisects the research yard, making the north and south sections of the research yard accessible separately. Gate 17 is now open 24 hours, seven days a week, allowing access the north side of the research yard and interaction region 2 (IR2). Gate 30 now remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing access to the south section of the research yard and interaction region 4 (IR4). The antenna tower / overlook road is open exclusively for emergency vehicles to access both sides of the research yard.
