A&E ADA Restroom Renovation

The southwest corner restrooms for Men and Women in the A&E Building will be closed for construction to bring the existing restrooms to be ADA compliant. It will also change the drinking fountain near the main West door to ADA compliant and the telephone station near the door.
A temporary wall has been constructed in the hallway to protect SLAC personnel from dust, dirt, and noisy construction area. Unauthorized personnel are not to pass the temporary wall. This is for your safety.
All work will be verified by the UTR and the Project manager.
Update:
The Plumbing subcontractor is installing fixtures in the restroom. Friday morning, the water will be shutdown to the first and second floor restrooms on the SW corner of the building to do the tie-ins for the valves. This will start about 7AM and continue until about 9 AM. The water heater will be shutdown Thursday evening and be restarted after the plumbing work is done and the water is turned on.
